Lodging and Accommodations
Guests at the La Parrilla Ranch will enjoy comfortable accommodations in a modern bunkhouse that combines rustic simplicity with cleanliness. Each of the four guest rooms have individual AC/heating units, a private bath and three sets of bunk beds. Rooms do not include televisions. Bedding and linens are provided, but many visitors like to bring their own towels, bed rolls, pillows, etc., to increase their comfort. It is a camp environment and likewise, some toiletries are typically available (soap, shampoo, etc.), but the prepared visitors will pack these personal items as well.
The Lodge is the primary gathering area as well as where all meals are served. It has a commercial kitchen, satellite television and is decorated with numerous deer and other animal mounts.
Meals are included in the package pricing. Snacks are available before the morning hunts, and a warm breakfast is typically served upon your return. Light lunches in the early afternoon will carry you through your evening hunt. Afterwards, you'll be served supper that typically features meats and side dishes traditionally served to families along the South Texas/Mexico border.
